What equipment do I need?

A barbell, dumbbells, and a bench or sturdy surface. Optional: kettlebells, sled, or treadmill.

How many days a week is the program?

Three structured training days each week, plus an optional fourth for conditioning.

Is this beginner-friendly?

Yes. The program is progressive and can be scaled up or down based on your level.

I’m short on time. Can I still make this work?

Workouts take about 30 to 45 minutes. The optional conditioning day can be adjusted or skipped if needed.

Can I do this at home?

Yes, if you have the basic equipment and space to train safely.

Meet Carl Jones

I’m Carl Jones. My journey started in Cleveland, where every day felt the same—stuck, uncertain, needing change. So I took the leap and moved to LA with nothing but a bike, a dream, and a belief that I was made for more.

Six months in, I lost my father. I was homeless for four months. But I never stopped moving forward. I trained clients, rebuilt my vision, and turned pain into purpose.

Through every setback—from grief to the pandemic—I stayed consistent, grounded by a simple mission: to help others build confidence and strength through fitness. Today, I coach, I create, and I lead with intention.

Because for me, there was never a Plan B.
