I’m Carl Jones. My journey started in Cleveland, where every day felt the same—stuck, uncertain, needing change. So I took the leap and moved to LA with nothing but a bike, a dream, and a belief that I was made for more.
Six months in, I lost my father. I was homeless for four months. But I never stopped moving forward. I trained clients, rebuilt my vision, and turned pain into purpose.
Through every setback—from grief to the pandemic—I stayed consistent, grounded by a simple mission: to help others build confidence and strength through fitness. Today, I coach, I create, and I lead with intention.
